Japan Bank for International Cooperation - Term loan facility

Khaitan & Co advised Japan Bank for International Cooperation in relation to a loan facility of USD 100 million extended to IndusInd Bank acting through their branch in GIFT City, Gujarat. The loan was co-financed by Mizuho Bank, the Joyo Bank and the Shiga Bank. The proceeds will be utilised by IndusInd Bank to finance lending programs to eligible Japanese OEMs, agricultural machinery component manufacturers, agricultural machinery dealers and agricultural machinery sales financers in India.
