Arindam Sarkar is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the Kolkata office. With over 14 years of experience in the profession, Arindam has extensive work experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A, joint venture and financing transactions and has led and been involved in numerous transactions involving private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and subsequent investments and financing arrangements. He is also an independent director on the board of various reputed companies.
