Mayuri Tiwari Agarwala

Mayuri Tiwari is a Partner in the Arbitration Practice group in the Bengaluru office.  She specialises in international dispute resolution.  

Mayuri’s practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, related court litigation, and investment treaty work. She represents clients in international arbitrations seated across the world (Singapore, London, the Hague, New York, Mumbai etc.), conducted under different arbitration rules SIAC, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID), different governing laws, and across a wide range of industries (including energy, oil & gas, healthcare, and infrastructure). During these arbitrations, Mayuri independently handles the written and oral advocacy. She regularly sits on panels at arbitration conferences and is involved in teaching commitments.

Mayuri was recently appointed as the Regional Ambassador (India) for HK45 (the young practitioner association of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre).
