Prasenjit Chakravarti is a Partner in the M&A, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the New Delhi office. With over 16 years in the profession, Prasenjit advises domestic and international corporate clients on a range of legal, regulatory and governance related issues concerning foreign investment (both inbound and outbound), joint ventures, strategic alliances, acquisitions and other business transactions including financial and technical collaborations, commercial, corporate and securities laws.
Prasenjit regularly advises offshore clients and is a member of the Firm’s German Desk, which regularly advises on a wide variety of transactions in the Indo-German corridor.
