Rajat Jariwal is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the New Delhi NCR office. With diverse litigation experience of over 15 years, Rajat has practiced extensively before different courts including the Supreme Court of India and High Courts. He regularly advises clients on constitutional, commercial and environmental law matters.
Rajat focusses on alternative dispute resolution and advises clients on domestic and international arbitration disputes including those concerning commercial contracts and PE investments. Rajat regularly advises and represents clients before domestic and international tribunals. He has also assisted and represented clients in institutional arbitrations governed by the ICC, SIAC and LMAA. He regularly conducts trials and argues cases before courts and tribunals. He holds substantial experience in advising clients on constitutional issues. Rajat also advises clients on defamation and disparagement disputes.
A substantial part of Rajat’s practice also involves high stake environment law disputes. Rajat represents clients before the National Green Tribunal, various High Courts and the Supreme Court. Environmental law matters are often intertwined with constitutional and commercial issues and Rajat’s vast experience in both these areas of law adds value in advising clients.
